|| সন্ধ্যে নামার আগে ||

Image source: Google সারাটা দিনের ব্যস্ততার শেষে রক্ত রাঙা আলোর পসরা গুটিয়ে একরাশ ঢেউয়ের কোলাহলে সন্ধ্যা নামে সন্ধ্যা নামে দিন শেষ হয় বলে সন্ধ্যা নামে রাত শুরু হয় বলে সব কাজ শেষ হলে সন্ধ্যা নামে৷ এখন শুধু দুরন্ত রাত্রির অবসর সব ভুলে থাকা ৷ ঠিক আজ যখন সন্ধ্যা নামে সে সন্ধ্যা তখন গলতে শুরু করেছে, আর একটু পরে... মিশে যাবে রাত্রির উষ্ণ শরীরে ৷ কিন্ত…. সন্ধ্যে নামার আগে বাসের ভিড়ে দুঃখ ঘুরে বেড়ায় কষ্ট লাগা মনের কোণে কোণে খুব সাহসে স্বপ্নগুলো মাখায় সন্ধ্যে নামার আগে স্বপ্ন হারা নিশি কন্যা শরীর দিতে দাঁড়ায় আর সুশীল পুরুষ সমাজ সেবক শান্তি খোঁজে পাড়ায় “তুমি যাও.. পরিচিত কোনো ডাকে… বাড়ি ফিরে এসো সন্ধ্যে নামার আগে..”

গঙ্গাটিকুরিতে এক রাত্রি || Bengali Short Story ||

চায়ের পেয়ালায় এক চুমুক দিয়ে শরীরটা আরামকেদারায় যতোটা সম্ভব অ্যাডজাস্টেবল্ করে বামদিকের দেওয়ালে তাকঘড়িটার নিচে রাখা ক্যালেন্ডারটার দিকে একনজর দিয়ে আবার খবরের কাগজে মনোনিবেশ করলো, রতন। প্রতিবছর একদিন করে হলেও কোলকাতার চেনা ছন্দের বাইরে কথাও ঘুরে আসে সে। আসলে একঘেয়ামি জীবন আর কারই বা ভালো লাগে। প্রাইভেট সেক্টরে কাজ করার দরুন পুজোর ছুটিটা পায়না বদলে খ্রিষ্টমাস থেকে বর্ষবরনের টানা একসপ্তাহের ছুটি পায়। আর এই ফাঁকেই রতন ঘুরতে বেরিয়ে যায়। স্বল্প মাইনেতে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাইরে কোথাও ঘুরতে যাওয়া ওর হয়ে ওঠেনি। তবে তাতে আফসোস কোনোদিন করেনি সে। কারন পশ্চিমবঙ্গের হাজারদুয়ারির ইতিহাস যেমন ওর কাছে লালকেল্লার থেকেও অনেক রোমহর্ষকর ঠিক তেমনি বিষ্ণুপুর, মায়াপুরের আধ্যাত্মিকতা ওর মতে ‘ Gods Own Country’ কেরালাকেও হার মানায়। ওর কাছে দার্জিলিং কাশ্মীরের সমতুল্য। তবে ওর মুখে হামেশাই যেটা শোনা যায় তা হোল,‘ব্রাজিলে যদি আমাজন থাকে তাহলে ভারতে আছে সুন্দরবন এবং সেটাও আবার পশ্চিমবঙ্গেই….বিকট অট্টহাসি” ...

Chapter 1 The Flucky Meeting Sitting on the bean bag he is watching his little nephew Vihaan, who is busy playing with his bike( a toy obviously). He looks super cute everytime he is falling from his bike whenever he is trying to take a sharp turning at the baranda. And every single time he started crying but after few tear drops he gets up to start his journey again. After completing his BCA Course, Veeraj is now working as a Coordinator Head at a Cable Industry Company. The Company paid him a high amount for his dedication towards the job and the company. In one sentence he is well settled. He is living with his Mother,along with his elder brother, wife and their children in Gujrat. His father settled in London for job and he is living there for about 10 years. He came to India once in a year to meet them. Parekh, Veeraj Parekh, a calm, poised and fun loving Gujju(Gujarati) boy. But When he gets angry it is hard to control. Where the boys of his age are busy...
