What was their fault ?
This is just horrible to see so many dead childrens together.
They cannot play, sleep or attend school. Increasingly, they cannot eat. Injury or illness could be fatal. Many just huddle with their parents in windowless underground shelters — which offer no protection from the powerful bombs.
They’re trapped, and they have no way of escaping, and this is the only reason we’re seeing such big numbers of child casualties.
Inside Syria, childrens are growing up knowing nothing but war. Across the Middle East, Eurasia and Europe, Syrian girls and boys are experiencing the stresses, adversity and uncertainty of life as a refugee.
Syria has been a living nightmare for children and families tormented by six years of war and unimaginable hardship. It underscores how critical the situation is - and how desperately help is needed.
Each and every day, Syria’s children are seeing horrors no child should see and suffering emotional wounds that may never heal.
